Terms of Engagement

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise interacting with the digital infrastructure provided by Blue Royal Group of Companies, or by formally engaging our corporate services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "User") and Blue Royal Group.

These terms, alongside any specific Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) or Service Level Agreements (SLA) signed physically or digitally, are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts. We reserve the absolute right to amend these Terms of Engagement at any time without prior individualized notice, with changes taking immediate effect upon publication on this platform.

Blue Royal Group specializes in high-tier labor supply, civil contracting, specialized mechanical engineering, and HVAC ducting fabrication. The information provided on this website constitutes an invitation to treat, not a legally binding offer. All service executions are subject to definitive, signed contractual agreements between the client entity and Blue Royal Group.

When services are rendered, we strictly adhere to the following operational parameters:

• Labor Supply & Manpower Deployment: All workforce deployments are strictly compliant with the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, stringent adherence to maximum working hours, mandatory midday break rules during summer months, provision of approved occupational health and safety gear (PPE), and WPS-compliant wage distribution.
• Civil & Mechanical Contracting: All structural and mechanical operations are executed precisely according to pre-approved architectural schematics, Dubai Municipality engineering codes, and DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) regulatory standards. Blue Royal Group reserves the right to suspend operations immediately if client sites fail to meet critical safety thresholds.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Blue Royal Group of Companies, including its directors, employees, affiliates, and sub-contractors, shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

This limitation of liability applies whether such damages are incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of:

• Your access to or use of our digital platforms, including any system failures, malicious third-party cyber-attacks, or service interruptions prior to a formalized contract.
• Any reliance placed by the user on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising or marketing material hosted on this site.
• Any delays in service execution caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather anomalies, unprecedented government mandates, or supply chain disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

For active contracts, the maximum cumulative liability of Blue Royal Group shall be strictly capped as defined within the specific liability clauses of the individual, signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
